200 g blue cheese

3 ripe pears

1 knob butter

1.5 tbsp olive oil

300 ml milk

4 tbsp of crème fraîche

4 eggs

100 g cornflour

Tips

You can prepare your clafoutis in individual ramekins. In this case, adjust the cooking time.

Heat the oven to 180°C.

Slice the pears and set aside.

Cut the blue cheese into pieces and place it with the milk in the metal bowl. Run the program.
