2 large ripe peaches

100 g caster sugar

150 ml cream

3 egg yolks

150 ml milk

50 ml orange juice

1 zest orange

Follow the instructions for the Vanilla Ice Cream (see the recipe on the app), using the egg yolks, sugar and milk to make a custard base. Leave it to cool.
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 150 ml milk
  • 3 egg yolks

Peel the peaches and mash them into a purée. Add the orange zest and juice of half the orange into the peach purée. Also, if you are using it, add the liqueur.
  • 2 large ripe peaches
  • 1 zest orange

Whip the sour cream until smooth. Add the sour cream and the cooled custard into the mixture and stir well.

Freeze-churn for 20‑30 minutes in Le Glacier / Gelato Expert.
