250 g full cream

130 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese

30 g milk powder

25 g olive oil

Heat the milk, cream, parmesan and milk powder in a saucepan until the cheese has melted (over a low heat).

Pour the mixture into a blender, add the olive oil and start the SMOOTHIE programme.

Allow to cool and leave in the fridge for several hours until it is cold.
