250 g of plain flour

2 eggs

1 tbsp of light brown sugar

250 ml of whole milk

1 tbsp of baking powder

200 g of frozen raspberries

100 g of caster sugar

1 tbsp of lemon juice

Add all the ingredients for the pancake batter into the bowl.

  • 250 ml of whole milk
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder

Chill the batter in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Meanwhile rinse the metal bowl. Add all the ingredients for the raspberry compote. Run the program.
