Attach the metal bowl with the universal blade.
Add 1.5 litres of water to the bowl. Close the lid (without the cap).
Heat the water using EXPERT mode at 100°C / Speed 0 / 10 minutes.

Once boiling, add the rice noodles. Set EXPERT mode at 100°C / Speed 1A / 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula through the lid opening.
Test for doneness, drain the noodles in a colander, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

In the small bowl of the Cook Expert, combine lime juice, brown sugar, soya sauce (or fish sauce), and oyster sauce.
Blend at Speed 6 / 10 seconds until fully mixed. Set aside.

Add bean sprouts, carrots, cooked noodles, and the prepared sauce to the bowl.
Toss and cook on EXPERT mode at 110°C / Speed 2A / 3 minutes, ensuring the sauce is absorbed by the noodles.

Add half of the peanuts. Toss briefly on EXPERT mode at Speed 2A / 30 seconds, then turn off the machine.
