
Oriental fish cakes




1 tsp of ground ginger
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1.5 tbsp fish sauce
1.5 tbsp olive oil
1 spring onion
75 g green pepper
1 red chilli
1 egg
500 g of cod
2 sticks of lemongrass

If the consistency seems too runny, add some bread crumbs. If you' e having trouble getting lemongrass, you can replace it with organic lemon zest.

These were tasty, but over processed. Batter was super difficult to clean from pot.
