During this time, prepare your approximately 8 cm diameter aluminum molds by brushing them with melted butter or with edible grease spray.

Have them chill for at least 2 hours.

Preheat your oven to 210 °C then bake for about 15 minutes.

Run a thin knife blade around them when they come out of the oven, then unmold.

Enjoy hot, cooked edges, slightly runny inside.
