125 g of semi-salted butter

200 g of dark chocolate

150 g of brown sugar

50 g of plain flour

1 tsp of fleur de sel

3 eggs

In the metal bowl, arrange the butter and dark chocolate in squares. Melt by running the program (fold in if needed).

During this time, prepare your 8 cm diameter aluminum molds by brushing them with melted butter or with cooking spray.

Have them chill for at least 2 hours.

Preheat your oven to 210 °C then bake for about 15 minutes.

Run a thin knife blade around them when they come out of the oven, then unmold.

Enjoy hot, cooked edges, slightly runny inside.
