12 mini sponges

60 g plain flour

1 pinch baking powder

1 pinch salt

150 g ground almonds

0.5 tsp of bitter almond flavor

0.5 tsp pistachio butter

200 g butter

5 egg whites

170 g icing sugar

5 tsp pistachios

Tips

If you cannot find pistachio butter, you can replace it with a tsp of pistachio flavoring and a few drops of food coloring. You can also make your own butter using double cream, find the recipe on the App.

Heat the oven to 180°C.

Put the diced butter in the metal bowl and run the program.

  • 150 g ground almonds

Scrape the mixture into the centre of the bowl using a spatula and run the program. Run the program; add the egg whites and 30g of chopped pistachios through the cap opening.

When the program has finished, pour the batter into mini rectangular moulds (alternatively you can use mini muffin moulds or paper cases). Sprinkle with the remaining 10g of pistachios and bake for 20 minutes.
