Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Put the chocolate with the butter in the metal bowl.
Run the program.
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 40 g of butter

Add the ingredients (except the eggs), remove the cap and restart the program.
Add the eggs one at a time a few seconds apart, through the opening, during operation.

Install the mixer in the metal bowl, add the ingredients and run the program.
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 egg

Put the white preparation in the hollow of the center of the daisy then, gently, the chocolate preparation and finally the mascarpone one.
Bake for 35 minutes (the cake is cooked when the mascarpone part no longer shakes like a flan).
