
Marinières clams




1 kg fresh clams
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
50 ml olive oil
1 tbsp plain flour
1 pinch saffron
150 ml white wine
1 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tsp of tomato purée
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Before cooking the clams, rinse them several times in cold water to remove the sand.
