1 kg fresh clams

1 onion

2 garlic cloves

50 ml olive oil

1 tbsp plain flour

1 pinch saffron

150 ml white wine

1 tbsp tomato sauce

2 tsp of tomato purée

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

1 tbsp chopped parsley

Tips

Before cooking the clams, rinse them several times in cold water to remove the sand.

RECIPE STEPS

Run the program. Whilst the machine is running, put the onion and garlic through the cap opening.

Scrape with the spatula and add the oil. Remove the cap and stir-fry using the program.

Meanwhile, prepare the clams placing them on the steamer basket and steamer tray.

Add the ingredients to the metal bowl. Fit the basket with the clams and run the program.

  • 2 tsp of tomato purée

Steam 10:00 / / 105°C

Place the open clams in a dish or plate and coat with the sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.
