2 well-ripened mangoes

100 g of liquid honey

2 tbsp of lime juice

300 g of Greek yoghurt

Peel the mangoes, remove the pits and cut them into cubes.

Put the mango flesh, honey, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend.

  • 100 g of liquid honey

Pass the mixture through the potato masher and add the yogurt to the mixer.
  • 300 g of Greek yoghurt

Put the mixture into the Gelato Expert and let the ice cream set. It's ready!
