200 g tinned mackerel fillets

200 g fresh creamy cheese (such as Philadelphia®)

Tips

Vary the recipe using fish such as tinned sardines, tuna or smoked salmon, instead of the mackerel.

Fit the food processing bowl along with the mini bowl and mini blade. Chop the chives and zest the grapefruit.

Peel and halve the shallot. Chop in the mini bowl by running the program for about 10 seconds.
