500 ml of milk

50 g of plain flour

1 carrot

1 courgette

50 g of butter

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

65 g of parmesan, grated

400 g of macaroni

190 g of tasty, grated

Tips

Be as creative as you want with this very easy & simple base. Add Worcestershire Sauce, mustard, any flavouring of your choice. Place on baking dish, top with extra cheese and bake on 190 for 15 minutes.

Fit the 2mm grating blade on to the midi bowl. Grate carrot and zucchini. Set aside.

Fit 4mm grater on to the main bowl. Grate cheese. Set aside.

Fit stainless steel bowl onto the base.

Add milk, flour, butter, salt and pepper into the stainless steel bowl. EXPERT 9mins/4/95 degrees C.

When finished, add grated cheese, zucchini and carrot into sauce. If you have added more vegetables, add them at this stage as well. Gently fold in cooked macaroni pasta. Serve.
