500 g lychees (peeled and pitted)

150 g sugar

Peel and pit the lychees.
  • 500 g lychees (peeled and pitted)

Add 350 ml of water and the sugar into a saucepan. Bring to a boil until you obtain a syrup, then add the lychees.

Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from the heat and leave to cool.

Pass the lychees, with the syrup, through the Extra Press or in the Juice Expert. Pour the cooled mixture into Le Glacier / Gelato Expert and freeze-churn for about 25 minutes
