20 ml lemon juice

1 pinch salt

1 pinch white pepper

150 g soft butter

3 tbsp water

3 egg yolks

Tips

To make up a sauce, add a drizzle of water and mix again 1 minute / speed 7 (without heating).

Pour the ingredients into the metal bowl, remove the cap and run the program.

Cut the butter into cubes.

Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
