6 inch round loose bottom baking tin

75 g of softened butter

75 g of honey

3 eggs

2 tsp of vanilla extract

200 g of self-raising flour

1 pinch of salt

1 tsp of baking powder

125 g of chocolate chips

300 g of leftover porridge (cooled)

RECIPE STEPS

Preheat oven to 180°C / gas mark 4.

Line and grease a 6 inch round loose bottom baking tin.

Place the leftover porridge, softened butter, honey, eggs and vanilla extract in a food processor and process until smooth. Beat in the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate chips.

  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 300 g of leftover porridge (cooled)

Add most of the chocolate chips and briefly pulse into the mixture.

Pour the cake mixture into the prepared baking tin, scatter with the remaining chocolate chips and place in the centre of the oven. Bake for 50 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool in the tin for 10 minutes. Turn out and cool on a wire rack.

as a complete novice please help me by stating which blade attachment/ attachments would be used to make this cake
