120 g of bulgur wheat

3 tomatoes

1 large onion

3 bunches of flat parsley

2 bunches of mint

2 tbsp of olive oil

2 yellow lemons

1 pinch of salt

Tips

Serve this tabbouleh with coral lentil hummus and pita bread.

RECIPE STEPS

Soak the bulgur in twice its volume of water for about 20 minutes.

Install the transparent bowl, with its knife. Pour in the tomatoes and onion cut into quarters, the parsley, mint leaves, then press Pulse three or four times (being careful not to turn it into a puree).
