60 g of olive oil

Preheat the oven to 190° C. Peel the apples, remove the core and grate them with the 4mm grating disc in the midi-bowl.

Pour into a bowl then drizzle with the juice + zest of the lemon. Mix well to distribute the lemon everywhere.

Pour the batter over the apples. Pour into a buttered and floured 20 cm square mold (max 4-5 cm thickness). Smooth the surface well with the back of a spoon and sprinkle with a little brown sugar.
