100 ml of whole milk

100 ml of liquid cream (min. 30% fat content)

Put the chocolate squares and cream in the metal bowl then run the program.

Save some sauce for decoration.

After preparing the sauce, add the coffee, milk and ice cubes then run the program.

Pour into glasses. In the perfectly cleaned and dried metal bowl, install the whisk. Pour in the liquid cream and whip it into whipped cream: remove the lid and run the program.
