
Hunter's chicken

1 onion
50 ml extra virgin olive oil
2 carrot
3 stalks celery
1 garlic clove
500 g of chopped tomatoes
1 stalk rosemary
100 ml white wine
2 chicken thighs
1 bunch parsley
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

For a chicken with peppers, replace the carrots and celery with a washed and deseeded pepper and cut into strips; place in the metal bowl. Reduce the oil to 10ml and add 40g of bacon in phase 2.
