1 sachet dried yeast

235 g of strong bread flour

135 g of hummus

0.5 tsp of bicarbonate of soda

1 pinch of salt

1 tsp of apple cider vinegar

40 g of pumpkin seeds

25 g of seasame seeds

Add 140ml water and the yeast into the metal bowl and run the programme.

Add the ingredients in the following order: the flour, hummus, baking soda, salt and cider vinegar then run the programme.
  • 235 g of strong bread flour
  • 135 g of hummus
  • 0.5 tsp of bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar

The programme will stop after one minute. Add the pumpkin and sesame seeds then press Auto to finish the programme.

Preheat your oven to 200°C. Transfer the dough into a lined loaf or cake tin line with baking paper. Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature and away from draughts.

Bake for 35 minutes.
