RECIPE STEPS

Cut the bread into slices about 2cm thick. Leave it to go stale.

Fit the food processing bowl with the metal blade and add the slices of bread.
For a finer result, add about half a baguette at a time.

For more flavoursome breadcrumbs, open the lid and add a selection of dried herbs (thyme, sage, rosemary, etc.) and pulse a few times.

Store in an airtight container.

Half a baguette is sufficient for this recipe for 8 people.
