170 g of plain flour

1 sachet baking powder (11 g)

1 tsp of salt

250 g plain yoghurt

2 eggs

1 shallot

200 g tinned mackerel fillets

1 pinch chilli pepper

10 sprigs chives

200 g cream cheese

3 zest organic grapefruit

1 pinch pepper

Tips

Vary the recipe using fish such as tinned sardines, tuna or smoked salmon, instead of the mackerel. You can replace the chilli pepper with smoked paprika.

Put all the ingredients into the bowl and run the program.
  • 1 sachet baking powder (11 g)
  • 250 g plain yoghurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 170 g of plain flour

If necessary, scrape down the sides of the bowl with the rubber spatula. Put the blini batter into a bowl and refrigerate for one hour.

Cook the blinis in a small non-stick pan: when holes appear on the surface of the dough, turn the blini over to cook the other side.

Fit the food processing bowl with the mini bowl and mini blade.

Halve the shallot and place into the mini bowl. Run the program for 15 seconds.
