3 garlic clove

5 sprigs flat parsley

1 leaf bay

4 sprigs fresh thyme

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

3 tbsp olive oil

600 ml water

1 onion

3 tomato

1 green pepper

0.5 tsp chilli pepper

300 g dry white beans

0.5 chicken stock cube

Tips

If you use dry beans, soak them in cold water for 24 hours. Depending on the type of beans, the cooking time can vary greatly.

Peel and cut the onion in quarters. Peel the garlic clove.
