0.5 pink grapefruit

100 g carrot (1)

0.5 courgette

100 g fennel

480 g of pollock

Tips

To enhance the flavour, you can grate a little ginger into each parcel before cooking it.

Fit the food processing bowl with the midi bowl and the 4mm grating disc.

Grate the carrot, courgette and the fennel by running the program.

Segment the orange and the grapefruit. Thinly slice the lime.

Cut 4 pieces of baking paper or aluminum foil in rectangles of 30 x 20cm.

Fit the metal bowl, add 0.5 L water and install the steamer basket.

Lightly brush the rectangles with olive oil. Cover with the grated vegetables. Put the rectangles in the basket without closing them and run the program.

Add the hake fillets on the steamed vegetables and season. Place citrus segments and a slice of lime on top of each piece of fish.
