RECIPE STEPS

Add the sugar and water into a saucepan.
Simmer for 2 minutes to make a syrup.
- 150 ml water
- 180 g of caster sugar

Leave to cool completely.
If you are in a hurry, you can use 150ml of cane sugar syrup instead of making a sugar syrup.

Add the apple juice and the juice of half a lemon into the sugar syrup. Mix thoroughly.
- 250 ml green apple juice
- 0.5 lemon

Leave to cool for 2 to 3 hours in the fridge.

When the mixture is cold, turn on your ice cream machine / Gelato Expert.
Pour the mixture through the opening.
Freeze-churn until the mixture reaches the desired consistency, about 20‑30 minutes.

Serve your sorbet immediately or pour it into a container to store in the freezer.
