200 g of feta cheese

3 tbsp of olive oil

1 cucumber

1 red onion

2 tbsp of red wine vinegar

1 tsp of oregano

200 g of cherry tomatoes

100 g of pitted olives

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

RECIPE STEPS

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the feta in a foil-lined, small ovenproof dish and drizzle with 1 tbsp of the olive oil. Bake for about 20 minutes.

Spiralize the cucumber using the FUSILLI cone. Cut into shorter lengths and set aside in a colander.

Chop the onion.

Put the remaining olive oil, vinegar, oregano into a bowl and whisk to combine; stir in the onion and season.

Add the cucumber fusilli, tomato halves, olives and grilled feta.
