395 g of condensed milk

600 ml of thickened cream

2 tsp of instant coffee granules

RECIPE STEPS

Dissolve coffee in 5ml water.
  • 2 tsp of instant coffee granules

Add Condensed Milk, Thickened Cream & dissolved coffee to the Gelato Expert.
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 600 ml of thickened cream
  • 2 tsp of instant coffee granules

Set machine to ICE CREAM function.

The ice cream is ready to eat when the light flashes. The ice cream can be placed in the freezer for a firmer consistency, and can be stored for up to 2 weeks.

Loved this recipe. Easy to make. I have used the condensed milk and cream base for biscotti biscuit, jersey caramel and store bought caramel into the icecream. also yummy. I am now trying a grated dark choclate with almonds and orange. can’t wait to try it
