1 tbsp mustard

2 cm grated ginger

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

250 ml sunflower oil

1 tbsp water

1 egg yolk

Tips

All ingredients must be at room temperature. Be sure to pour oil GRADUALLY and in a THIN trickle.

Fit the food processing bowl and the mini bowl.

Put the ingredients (1 tbsp of oil) into the mini bowl and run the program for 20 seconds.
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 15 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 egg yolk

Then, keeping your finger on the pulse button (continuous mode), slowly drizzle oil through the feed tube. Repeat the process. Once the mayonnaise is well set and thickened, gradually pour the remaining oil more quickly. Press Stop as soon as the mayonnaise has the right consistency.
