250 g of plain flour

1 sachet of baker's yeast (5 g)

1 tsp of salt

2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

125 g of water

1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

250 g of tomato coulis

1 scoop of mozzarella

6 leaves fresh basil leaves

1 red onion

4 black olives

In the metal bowl, put the pizza dough ingredients then run the program.
  • 125 g of water
  • 1 sachet of baker's yeast (5 g)
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 250 g of plain flour

Preheat your oven to 220 °C (th. 8).

Remove the dough from the bowl and work the ball with your fingers: stretch it and gently hit it to remove gas bubbles, then roll it out with a rolling pin.

Spread the tomato coulis up to 1 cm from the edge and add a drizzle of olive oil. Distribute the sliced red onion.

Bake for 18 minutes.

Cut the mozzarella into slices and carve ghost shapes. Add the slices to the pizza and put it back in the oven for 7-8 minutes.

Add the basil leaves and a little olive oil. Add the olives carved into the shape of eyes and mouth.
