250 ml whole milk

300 ml single cream

120 g sugar

250 ml plain yoghurt

20 g non-fat milk powder (optional)

RECIPE STEPS

Heat the milk and liquid cream over low heat in a saucepan. Pour into a bowl and gradually add the powdered milk while whisking continuously.

  • 300 ml single cream
  • 20 g non-fat milk powder (optional)

Add the yogurt and sugar, stirring constantly.
  • 120 g sugar
  • 250 ml plain yoghurt

Place the mixture into the fridge until it is cold.

Press the Artisanal ice cream or Italian ice cream mode. Pour the mixture into the Gelato Expert. When the light flashes, your gelato is ready.

Serve your frozen yoghurt immediately, keep it cold using the conservation mode (2 hours) or store it in the freezer.
