2 tbsp of crème fraîche
1 tsp of olive oil
1 tsp of mustard
20 ml of yellow lemon juice
3 sprigs of chives
1 pinch of sea salt
1 pinch of pepper

Drain the tuna, crumble it roughly. Pour it into the mini bowl equipped with the metal knife.
