In the large metal bowl of the Robot equipped with the metal knife, mix the almond powder and icing sugar, folding regularly.
Add the natural coloring, 55g of egg whites and mix with the "Pulse" mode.
Set aside once the mixture is finished.
- 150 g of almond powder
- 150 g of icing sugar
- 55 g of egg whites
- 1 ml of orange food coloring

In the metal bowl, install the whisk for whites.
Pour the rest of the whites.
Remove the cap and run the program.

Once the whites are firmly whipped, run the program then add, alternating between sugar and water.

- 150 g of sugar

Incorporate 1/3 of the meringue into the sugar and almond mixture and blend in Pulse mode.
Incorporate the rest of the meringue into the mixture in a metal bowl and finish with a spatula.
Pipe the macarons onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them crust for 30 minutes.

Cook for about 15 minutes at 150 °C.
