180 g of plain flour

1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)

3 eggs

100 ml of olive oil

100 ml of milk

100 g of gruyère

1 handful of basil

1 handful of parsley

200 g of diced feta

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

RECIPE STEPS

Heat the oven to 180°C.

In the metal bowl, add the ingredients and run the program.
  • 180 g of plain flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)

Add the grated cheese and the fresh herbs then run the program.
  • 100 g of gruyère
  • 1 handful of basil
  • 1 handful of parsley

If necessary, scrape down the wall of the ball with a spatula. Add the feta, season and run the program.
  • 200 g of diced feta
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Pour the mixture into a cake tin and bake for 45 minutes.

Check that the cake is done by inserting a skewer or a knife. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready. Let the cake cool before turning it out.

really enjoyed this. easy to make and pleasant savoury for an afternoon tea. i did used olive oil infused with lemon which gave it another layer of flavour.
