2 fennel

0.5 lemon

200 g fresh goats cheese

1 tbsp oil

50 g hazelnuts

1 sprig chives

2 leaves chervil

6 leaves mint

1 sprig coriander

Tips

Serve chilled with toasted slices of bread.

Chop the hazelnuts in the food processing bowl and set aside.
  • 50 g hazelnuts

Cut the fennel bulbs in half vertically and remove the core. Mix the core with a dash of lemon juice, then add the goat cheese, oil, pepper and herbs.

  • 200 g fresh goats cheese
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 sprig chives
  • 2 leaves chervil
  • 1 sprig coriander
  • 6 leaves mint

Pulse 2 or 3 times, Season to taste.

Place the mixture in the fennel bulbs and sprinkle with hazelnuts and coriander.
