RECIPE STEPS

Put the ingredients into the metal bowl and run the program.
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 g water
- 250 g plain flour
- 250 g semolina flour

If necessary, scrape down the wall of the bowl.
Check the consistency of the dough; it needs to be compact but elastic .
If too moist, add a little flour. If too dry, add 1 tbsp of olive oil.

Wrap the dough in cling film and set aside to rest for 30 minutes.

Roll and cut the dough with a pasta machine.
If you do not have a pasta machine, use a rolling pin (the rolled out dough should be slightly transparent) and cut the dough into strips.

Cook the pasta for 3 to 4 minutes in a large pot of boiling, salted water.

Drain and serve with the sauce of your choice.
