200 g of dark chocolate

70 g of sugar

250 g of mascarpone

3 eggs

40 g of flour

100 g of dark chocolate

30 g of butter

Preheat your oven to 150°C in convection.

In the metal bowl, place the chocolate broken into pieces with the sugar and the mascarpone. Run the program.

  • 250 g of mascarpone

Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. If it rises a little, prick it during cooking. The cake should still be slightly runny in the center.
