125 g butter

150 g sugar

200 g dark chocolate

150 g pecans

80 g white chocolate

60 g sugar

50 g flour

1 pinch salt

60 g butter

2 eggs

Tips

For a quicker version, make the brownies with just the dark chocolate dough.

Preheat your oven to 160°C (th. 5/6).

To chop the pecans, pour them into the stainless steel bowl. Run the program.

Remove the nuts. Place the chocolate and diced butter in the bowl and run the program.
  • 80 g white chocolate

If needed, scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the ingredients and the remaining third of the pecans. Run the program.

At the end of the program, empty the bowl and set aside the mixture.

In the stainless steel bowl, place the chocolate and the diced butter. Run the program.

Pour the two mixtures alternatively in a square brownie pan (24 x 24 cm) so as to form a beautiful marbled pattern.
