70 g plain flour

2 tsp of baking powder

1 pinch salt

125 g butter

3 eggs

150 g sugar

200 g dark chocolate

150 g pecans

80 g white chocolate

60 g sugar

50 g plain flour

1 pinch salt

60 g butter

2 eggs

2 tsp of baking powder

Tips

For a quicker version, make the brownies with just the dark chocolate dough.

RECIPE STEPS

Heat the oven to 180°C.

To chop the pecans, pour them into the metal bowl. Run the program.

Set the pecans aside, empty the bowl and place the chocolate and the diced butter in it. Run the program.

  • 200 g dark chocolate

If needed, scrape down the side of the bowl then add the following ingredients and two thirds of the pecans. Run the program.

  • 100 g pecans
  • 1 pinch salt

At the end of the program, empty the bowl and set aside the mixture.

For the dark chocolate mixture, follow the same procedure as before. However, pay attention as the measurements of the ingredients are not the same.

Place the chocolate and diced butter in the bowl and run the program.

  • 60 g butter

If needed, scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the ingredients and the remaining third of the pecans. Run the program.
