
Curried onion soup




100 ml white wine
1 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp curry powder
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
100 g of mimolette
50 g butter
1 L hot water
5 large onions
1 chicken stock cube
1 tbsp cane sugar
4 slices slightly stale farmhouse bread
1.5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh coriander
150 g of grated Emmental cheese
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

You can replace the curry powder with ground turmeric, or add it to the recipe as an extra.

I think the recipe is fine but onion soup is not for me
