1 kg mussels

2 shallots

1 clove of garlic

50 ml olive oil

150 ml white wine

300 ml water

1 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tbsp curry powder

1 tbsp plain flour

Tips

For a large quantity of mussels, make the recipe with the XXL steamer basket.

Clean, rinse and drain the mussels. Place the shallot and garlic in the metal bowl and run the program.

Add the olive oil and run the program.

Pour in the white wine, water, parsley and the curry powder then run the program.

At the end of the program, put the mussels in the steamer basket and run the program. When the mussels are open, keep them warm.

Close the lid and remove the cap of the metal bowl. Bring the sauce to a boil by running the program. While the program is running, gradually add the flour through the opening until you get the desired consistency.
