
Creamy turnip soup




1 pinch rock salt
1 pinch pepper
750 ml water
600 g turnip
1 leek
80 ml single cream
Associated products
Sprinkle the soup with chorizo breadcrumbs just before serving. You can also serve the soup with chutney, blue cheese and toast.
