50 g pine nuts

50 g parmesan

1 garlic clove

100 ml olive oil

500 g chicken breast tenderloins

200 ml light cooking cream

400 g pasta linguine

400 g cherry tomatoes

Tips

Serve with shaved parmesan if desired. Optional: serve sauce over zoodles

RECIPE STEPS

Attach Food Processor with mini bowl. Add Basil, pine nuts, parmesan & garlic. Start processor, slowly adding oil through feeding tube. Set aside.

  • 100 ml olive oil

Place metal bowl on base. Place 500ml of boiling water in bowl. Place chicken in steamer basket. EXPERT 5min / 3 / 110 degrees.

Remove steamer basket & add pasta (break in half). Return Steamer & run EXPERT 10min / 0 / 110 degrees. Turn to 1A occasionally through the 10min to stir pasta. After 5min check chicken & turn over if required.

Remove steamer, drain pasta & rinse in hot water. Place pesto & cream into metal bowl. Run EXPERT 5min / 3 / 100 degrees.
  • 200 ml light cooking cream

Shred chicken in basket with 2 forks.

Add chicken & pasta to metal bowl, stir through with sauce. Add roasted tomatoes & season to taste. Place in a large serving bowl. Serve with shaved parmesan if desired.

Really tasty. I will definitely make this again. I found it to be a bit thick. I would have liked the sauce to be a bit more like a sauce. Next time I'll add more cream or less pasta.

Chicken needs to be marinated with salt and pepper in advance. Salt needs to be added to water when cooking linguine (and possibly better to make it in a separate pot instead because separating the linguine from the blades is fiddly)

It was delicious but some of the pasta did not cook properly despite having the CE on 1A. Over than that, great recipe ,thank you.
