Grate the halved tomatoes with a box grater placed over the mini bowl; discard skins.
Add the garlic, 6 tbsp of the olive oil, and basil; season and process for 30 seconds.

Spiralize the courgettes using the SPAGHETTI cone. Cut into shorter lengths.

Working in 2 batches, heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan over mediumhigh heat. Cook the courgettes for 2-3 minutes, tossing occasionally until slightly softened. Repeat for the remaining courgetti.
