750 ml strong hot coffee
RECIPE STEPS

Pour the sugar into the hot coffee and mix well until it is completely dissolved.
Leave it to cool.

Place the mixture in the fridge until it is cold.

Press the Granita mode.
Pour the mixture into the Gelato Expert.

When the light flashes, your granita is ready.
Serve your granita immediately or store it in the freezer.
