25 g of butter

1 tbsp of mustard

1 tbsp of crème fraîche

1 tbsp of honey

1 tsp of seasame seeds

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Tips

You can add spices to taste (curry, turmeric...) to the fish before cooking.
