500 g of milk chocolate (30 to 40% cocoa)

440 ml of hot water

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, stirring occasionally. Leave it to cool and then add hot water. Whisk until you get a smooth mixture.

Place the mixture into the fridge until it is cold.

Press the Artisanal ice cream mode and pour the mixture into the Gelato Expert. When the light flashes, your sorbet is ready. Serve your sorbet immediately or store it in the freezer.
