70 g of sugar

250 g of mascarpone

3 eggs

40 g of plain flour

100 g of dark chocolate

30 g of butter

Preheat your oven to 150 °C with fan heat.

In the metal bowl, place the broken pieces of chocolate. Run the program.

Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. If it rises a bit, prick it during cooking. The cake should still be slightly runny in the center.
