160 g of dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa)

2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder

50 g of sugar

800 ml of boiling water

RECIPE STEPS

Add the chocolate, cocoa and sugar into a heat-resistant bowl. Pour in the boiling water and stir to melt the chocolate.
  • 160 g of dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa)
  • 2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 800 ml of boiling water

Place the mixture in the fridge until it is cold.

Press the Granita mode. Pour the mixture into the Gelato Expert.

When the light flashes, your granita is ready. Serve your granita immediately or store it in the freezer.
